Open at 9 am. The temperature at 7 am is 16º. The forecast high is 24º. And we received a surprise inch of snow overnight. Who knew?

Skiing today will be fabulous.

Wednesday, 38º and snow. Still good skiing. Ski in the morning if you are able to, we have a high school race in the afternoon, you can still ski, it just will be a little more chaotic in the parking lot.

On Thursday we are going to be closed. We do not have the snow depth to be able to fix big holes in soft snow. We will be closed Friday, and probably Saturday. At that point we will reassess, and I will let you know.

If in doubt and you do not get an email. I do a small summery everyday on the home page of the website, check there.

And happy skiing!

Ski Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. The weather at the end of the week may close us for a few days.

The Chickadee………..Groomed with skiers reporting wonderful, fabulous skiing. There are still some thin spots, and a spot or two might be a little rough. With today’s new snow, it will be a really nice ski.

A note about the upcoming week; Wednesday we have a high school ski race. Skiing early in the day will keep you ahead of the fun. Wednesday is also the first day of a three day warm up. If it rains any of those days we will close. This is a few days out so we all know the forecast is just an educated guess. Just check before finalizing plans.

Seventeen km open. Lower 10 km groomed and lovely. Chickadee open with a few rough spots.

There has been a lot of grooming going on! Peregrine was groomed last night, along with Goshawk. And some touch ups here and there. The Chickadee was groomed yesterday too. It is open, with a rough spot here or there. He did take the snow machine around the Loon. He said the big rocks on the Loon are still really big rocks. Not enough snow on the Loon yet! So stay off Loon.

And a very excited little groomer getting to go along for the ride. Life is good!
