Not Just Any Maple Syrup
In the spring, we make maple syrup. A few things special about our maple syrup:
- we never pour hot syrup into plastic containers so you’ll only find our syrup in glass or metal.
- it tastes extra mapley. Some say this has something to do with our soil or maybe it is the way we boil.
- it is available at our trail pass counter. “Trail pass and a quart of syrup, please!”
