Today and Monday are mid winter conditions. Cold, lovely skiing. The report from Chickadee, great ski. Once the weather warms up the middle of the week, everything changes.

If you have glasses or goggles for the snow flurries it really does help, especially on the downhills.

I am going to talk about Blue Jays and the Loon, only to say they need a lot more snow.

And this is the 27 day we have been open for skiing this season. Whew!!!

We are enjoying some lovely mid-winter skiing. Turkey, Woodcock, Snow Goose, Grouse, Goshawk, Peregrine, and Chickadee are open. Any trail that is not open needs more snow.

The past week we have had so many families ski and play here which brings some laughter and fun, some skiing, some sledding and enjoying some food. Lots of parents have been putting in the work to get their kids and families outside having fun. We enjoy watching the little kids get to be better skiers, going up and down the hill, jumping or not, but mostly we enjoy the laughter.
