Yoga Schedule Week of May 12th


Garlic mustard. Not good! This is a horrible, invasive weed. It can be used to cook with. Other than that we better keep pulling and weeding it out! Here is some pretty good info. Garlic mustard is a biennial, so if you can keep it from flowering and going to seed, you can start to get ahead. I have been working on getting rid of it for 4 or 5 years. Instead of spending hours and hours pulling and bagging it. It only takes part of an hour every day or two. See below for a picture of garlic mustard in bloom.

  • May 12th, Saturday, 8:30-9:30am, slow flow
  • May 14th, Monday 9-10:30am, flow
  • May 14th, Monday 5:30-6:45pm, slow flow
  • May 15th, Tuesday 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • May 16th, Wednesday,  7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • May 16th, Wednesday, 9-10:30am, 1/2 flow, 1/2 restorative
  • May 18th, Friday, 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • May 18th, Friday 9-10:30am, flow
  • May 19th, Saturday, 8:30-9:30am sore and stiff
