Garlic mustard. Not good! This is a horrible, invasive weed. It can be used to cook with. Other than that we better keep pulling and weeding it out! Here is some pretty good info. Garlic mustard is a biennial, so if you can keep it from flowering and going to seed, you can start to get ahead. I have been working on getting rid of it for 4 or 5 years. Instead of spending hours and hours pulling and bagging it. It only takes part of an hour every day or two. See below for a picture of garlic mustard in bloom.
