Saturday yoga the 17th and the 24th of March, 8:30-9:30am.

  • Monday 9-10:30am flow
  • Monday 5:30-6:45pm slow flow
  • Tuesday 7:30-8:30am sore and stiff
  • Wednesday 7:30-8:30am sore and stiff
  • Wednesday 9-10:30am flow/restorative
  • Friday 7:30-8:30am sore and stiff
  • Friday 9-10:30am flow
  • Saturday 8:30-9:30am slow flow
