Yoga Schedule June 15th-June 22nd (Schedule At The End)


Building a better today, a better world, a better you is possible. All we have to do is be more kind. Sometimes that might be the easiest thing in the world to do, and sometimes it might be the hardest thing to do in the world. But by being more kind, and always trying to be more kind, we are the stone in the middle of the ripple. And kindness does ripple. As does hate. Please try to be a little more kind.
