It doesn’t matter what. Whether it is yoga or skiing, or breathing, or brushing your teeth, writing, learning a language. Whether it is driving, or walking. Or just relaxing. Practice and all is coming. I think about this all the time in yoga. But it comes up everyday in skiing too. It takes time, effort and practice. Time on the skis, or on the mat. Or building your awareness to?????  What is it you would like to have in your life? Notice, start and practice.

    What time are classes
    Saturday Jan 19 and Sunday Jan 20
