 Look who came to our house to visit this week, a wood turtle. (A little commentary after the schedule.)

  • June 13th, Wednesday, 9-10:30am, 1/2 flow, 1/2 restorative
  • June 15th, Friday, 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • June 15th, Friday 9-10:30am, slow flow
  • June 16th, Saturday, 8:30-9:30am slow flow
  • June 18th, Monday,  NO CLASS
  • June 18th, Monday,  NO CLASS
  • June 19th, Tuesday, 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • June 20th, Wednesday, 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff, Gretchen 
  • June 20th, Wednesday, 9-10:30am, core power and stretching with Gretchen
  • June 22nd, Friday, 7:30-8:30am, sore and stiff
  • June 22th, Friday, 9-10:30am, core power and stretching with Gretchen

The picture is a wood turtle. I found a little info on wood turtles. The only turtle to not be in a pond all the time. I found him under my feet as I was using the weed eating. We kept him a few days, fed him some night crawlers, let the littles kids see him, and released him on his merry way. 

Notice the schedule. My hip replacement is the 18th.  The classes on the 18th are cancelled. Peter Henry will teach Tuesday the 19th and Friday, the 22nd, the 7:30am class. Gretchen is going to do the 9am classes on the 20th and 22nd. She is training for an iron man in July and has a strength routine she is willing to share with everyone. It will be worth it to get there! Strength and stretching! Win, win!
