Yoga on Saturday, the 24th of February, 8:30-9:30am. A flow class.

A note on the road. It is spring, with warm weather the road gets soft. It the temperature freezes at night, it slows the softening down. A general rule for driving in the mud. Aim high, slow down, don’t stop.
