The skiing will be great! Fabulous snowy skiing. The woods will be quiet and still. Ian will pack off and on during the storm. Mid-winter snowy ski conditions. We won’t have perfects “tracks” again until, best guess, Thursday. Just too much snow to keep the tracks in. We haven’t had this problem for a while.
Some exciting news about Trail Hub. Trail Hub is an app. We use it on this web site on the trail conditions page. You can use it on your phone. You download the app onto your phone. (I did it last night and it is free). Ian and Cliff, of course, have had it on their phones for a while. You will be asked to sign in, or register, do that. Pick Nordic-At-Backcountry Skiing. Then Vermont, and then Wild Wings Ski Touring Center. Once you are at Wild Wings you will see a quick box with Wild Wings info. Push the side arrow and you get individual trail info and an option for a map. (Thanks Cliff for the map work!!!) When you have your phone and the app you can look at your phone and see exactly where you are as you ski the trail system. This is easier than it sounds. Play around with it you can see all types of outdoor activities. Let me know what else you have used it for.

And the best part is reading the comments across the Trail Hub Alert Banner. Technical suggestions of “ extra blue, VT State Wax, well it used to be anyway.” 🙂
I am learning trail hub. And I agree I love extra blue days. The best ski days ever. You should bring Colby skiing again.
