The bears are waking up and coming out. They are deep sleepers, not true hibernators. They do get up and wander around on nice days. Get a drink and pee, sound familiar. Story of my nights. This set of tracks were spotted one day last week, but haven’t been seen since.
What this also means is spring is on the way, and the road is muddy. Tips for driving this time of year. Slow down on the main roads, your vehicle will thank you. Don’t drive on any extra dirt (mud) roads. When you get to a muddy road your mantra should be, go slow, aim high and don’t stop.
