With a little help from my friends.

Everything’s a little easier with a little help from your friends. I love to get things done by myself. But there are many times, when help from friends makes everything better. Whether it is something in yoga, or building a ski trail. Or just letting someone cook you a meal. When I was healing from my new hip, I instinctively would say, “No, I can do it.” I finally surrendered and decided the right answer was, “Thank you! I appreciate the help.”
