Yoga Schedule August 10th -August 24th (Schedule At The End)

Everything grows!

Living in Peru, Vermont gives us an advantage for snow and cold in our snow pocket. But on the gardening side of the seasons the  peas are blooming, and we are eating peas, finally, in August.

With the beginning of August comes the feel of fall. The air changes. Fog in the mornings and heavy dew. Crickets are chirping, stressed trees are turning colors and the leaves falling to the ground. Golden rod is blooming. Me, I am panicking about the amount of poison parsnip seed ripening and falling in the ditches. There are wood piles that need to be moved and wood piles that need to be built. And then we get to start working on mowing the trails, I love fall!
