Another great day to ski. Blue sky, wonderful skiing, just doesn’t get any better.

Open, 10º to start the morning. The expected high is 34º. Sun all day! Tomorrow sun and warmer and then a mixed bag of snow/rain.

23 km, all trails except Loon. The skiing is really nice. All, but the Blue Jays, freshly groomed and tracked. It has been so nice to have this stretch of excellent skiing. A note on Chickadee, the first 50 feet after you cross the road has melted out. Walk up past that, after that stretch the skiing is great.

The moose tracks are all 3 or 4 days old. But there are fresh rabbit tracks out there. Let me know what you see.

This is a photo from yesterday, up on the Chickadee.

Great ski day today. Packed powder skiing, sunshine and blue sky.

Open, 4º at 6 am, clear, starry sky. The forecast for today is blue sky, sunshine and 29º.

Perfect ski weather. Not too cold and not too warm.

23 km open. Packed powder surface. The skiing is really, really nice. Because the snow is still powdery, you may need Maxi Glide. Check when you get here.

Both photos below are from yesterday. It is another fabulous day to be outside. No moose sightings since Saturday, let us know if you catch a glimpse.

Another good day for a ski. Perfect weather, enough snow, packed powder skiing.

Open, 18º at 6 am. Forecast high is 24º, partly cloudy this morning and the possibility of a few flurries, sunny this afternoon.

23 km open, everything but the Loon. The trails are in good shape, and the skiing is really good. Joe told me yesterday I could have added a few more adjectives, such as excellent, magnificent, wonderful, and Joe skied 5 or 6 hours.

The photo credit today goes to Diane and is from Saturday. Woodcock is the trail in the photo. Grooming had been done the night before and then the clouds gifted us a couple inches of snow. Thank you snow Gods for every flake that has fallen this last week.

Another fine day to ski.

Open, 11º at 6 am, forecast high is 27º, cloudy and a few snow flurries possible.

23 km open, all trails, (except Loon). And the skiing is fantastic! Packed powder, great skate lane and really nice tracks.

This photo is Ian in the snow cat last night regrooming down below. And the great tracks this machine can make. What a luxury to have snow.

And Murphy Moose. Good ol’ Murphy Moose was on the Chickadee/Upper Blue Jay yesterday morning. There is a video of him/her walking right down Jonathan’s fresh tracks on Instagram. Great ski trails appreciated by all. Ian drove up to check out the road crossings on the Chickadee and good ol’ Murphy Moose came off the trail and headed up the road. This is the moose turning to look back at Ian. The photo is pixilated from being blown up so much. Ian was way farther back!
