Open at 9 am. The temperature at 7 am is 22º and snow is falling on top of the new grooming.
The snow is grooming out nicely, with new snow on top and mixed in. Another really good ski day.
All trails are open. Upper trails have a classic track and the lower trails have a classic track and a skate lane. The above photos are at 6:30 this morning.
Do be careful in parking lots and driveways when you go out, the new snow covers any shiny ice from yesterday’s warm weather and sunshine. Our parking lot is sanded this morning. Just be aware when you are out and about.

What a day yesterday was. The skiing was good. The snow changed during the day, going from mid-winter condition to slow and springy by 9:30 am. And there are 9 new names on the board. When I mentioned it was harder because the snow was slow, what was repeated by skiers was, “it made the up hills easier.” Two of the skiers on the board dislocated shoulders this season and are back at it. A few of the skiers had no idea they could ski that far. The list is impressive. This year all the trails have been open a lot, that doesn’t happen every year.
Also impressive this year are some of the snow banks. Check out the snow banks after the road crossing on the Woodcock. Ian pushed the snow banks back up and out of the way with the snow cat.
