Open at 9 am. The temperature at 6:30 am is 1º. The forecast high is 15º. The sun is shining and winter is here for today.
The skiing is really nice. It is good. Way better than it could have been. Yesterday’s warm temperatures, rain then snow, and more snow, and more snow should have given us a mess. But, we got out the big groomer and the the mess turned into beautiful skiing!!!!
So the low trails are being groomed by the snow cat, the photo on the left. And the photo on the right is the Blue Jay this morning. That looks like a good ski. It all looks great! Today and tomorrow for a winter ski. Then we head back to spring variable conditions.

Hi Tracy,
This is Marsha from Florida. We have been trying to get back for skiing all winter but have been put off by extreme cold and storms for traveling. We would like to travel next Sunday and ski for three days the beginning of next week. Wonder what your thoughts are, the weather looks good next week but I see the higher temperatures before. If we can’t ski we would have no reason to come. I know you have no guarantee but just wanted your input.

Marsha, my best guess is the 10th, 11th and 12th look like spring skiing. Again, best guess is the skiing will be ok.
