Open, 7º at 7 am. Partly cloudy. The forecast is 22º and partly cloudy. The skiing is either sublimely magical, or magically sublime. Martha couldn’t decide which.
All trails are open. The skiing is really, really good!
This is Jud.
Jud will be giving a few clinics, not a beginner clinic, but work on your downhill clinic. This clinic will be from 1 to 1:30 pm starting on February 12th, Friday. Again on Saturday, the 13th and on Sunday, the 14th. All from 1 to 1:30 pm. These are not beginner lessons. But movement clinics. If you go through one of these clinics with Jud, come by and put $10 in a jar. We can at least buy him a beer at the end of the day.
If you would like a full on lesson, we still have some opening for the weekend. You can call to get a spot. These are private lessons, (Covid rules, the lesson must be a family group.) $50 per person. And the lesson is about an hour. Lessons are taught by Sverre or Hilary. You would be lucky to get either one.
This photo is on the Turkey. The skiing and the scenery are both outstanding. One ten year old I showed this photo to, to see if she liked it, told me this photo was nice. But I needed to get out on the Snow Goose, in the pine trees, because that was “really” pretty.
Ian skating in the old field. There is a video of him skating. If you like to watch a little skating, it is on Instagram. The Instagram account is wildwingsski. You can watch the video there. And if you take a photo and post on Instagram, you can tag us, #wildwingsski.
