Really great frozen granular skiing on the low trails. Upper trails will be fine once they soften.

Open at 9 am. The temperature at 7:30 am is 26 º. The forecast high today is 43º with sun and clouds.

The snow was perfect last night for another grooming job with the snow cat. (Ian took the photo on the right last night while grooming, it’s amazing how much cleaner the snow looks after a good tilling).

The skiing today is a very nice frozen granular. Loose, skiable, and still a little quick early. If you like quick, ski early, if you want the snow slower, ski after 11 am. Photos on the left are from this morning.

So, all the low trails were groomed last night and will be good skiing first thing this morning. The longer upper trails will need to warm up to be any fun, after 11 am.

Probably one of the best ski days left this winter. Looks like we will be ok for Friday and Saturday. Sunday and Monday look like wash outs. After that we will regroup and see what we can do to get skiing again.
