Open, 0º at 6:30 am. All trails are open. The skiing is great. Good solid tracks a quick skate lane. And if you have been waiting to ski Chickadee/Loon you should hurry and get out here!
Congratulations on getting so much back in use. Can’t ski this year, but have been following you and yours efforts to continue to make such a great Vermont outdoor winter experience without the benefit of snowmaking – especially with a winter like this one!

We are busy getting ready for winter. The trails are in good shape. Although every wind storm brings more work Running and walking on the trails is allowed. If you find any downed trees, let me know. It is helpful for me if you pick up any sticks.
Carry a knapsack. If you overdress you can carry your extra clothes.
When Nordic skiing we all warm up quite a bit. So that makes it a great sport for cold weather (No chairlift). Sweating does happen. A dry shirt to wear for your second lap and/or to wear home is really nice.
